Your Appointment

What to bring:

• Saskatchewan Health Card
• Photo ID
• Address for the pharmacy of your choice
• List of ALL current medications including nasal sprays and over the counter medications
• If you were asked to have a hearing test done please bring a copy of it to your appointment for Dr. Bell to review

Please arrive 15 minutes early to your scheduled appointment. You will be asked to complete some simple forms prior to your appointment.

Accompaniment

Due to the limited space in our clinic, we ask that you bring only one other person to accompany you. If the patient is a minor, they may be accompanied by up to two adults.

Parking

Paid parking is available on site, but spots are limited. Metered street parking is also available nearby.

Located on the 6th floor of the Medical Arts Building in downtown Saskatoon.
