Patient Referrals

Thank you for considering Saskatchewan Sinus Centre for your patients' care. We welcome referrals from family physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners and specialists across Saskatchewan for ear, nose and throat concerns in both adults and pediatrics. 

Referral Process

Please fax your standard referral letter including patient demographics, provincial health number, complete past medical history, allergies and current medications. 

Please note:

  • Patients with suspected sinus conditions should have an accompanying CT scan of the sinuses, ideally within the last six months. CT scans of the sinuses should be ordered as a CT sinus or CT maxillofacial (not CT Head) with image navigation protocol (indicate 1mm cut thickness or less). IV contrast is not needed. A facial X-Ray is not a substitute for a CT scan. 
  • For patients with diagnosed obstructive sleep apnea, please send most recent sleep study with referral. 
  • Patients referred for hearing, ear or vertigo concerns should have comprehensive hearing assessment done by audiologist, ideally within the last 3 months. Patient must bring the results with them to their appointment.
  • Dr. Bell does not perform rhinoplasty surgery.
